The ASCENT Leadership Program is fueled by active and willing alumni who not only seek to transform state government from their current chair, but also give back to the program in numerous ways to sustain leadership development for the Oregon state enterprise.

To support our alumni, ASCENT hosts monthly alumni sessions and an annual alumni forum to bring focus to leadership development topics and best practices. Transformational Leaders are needed at all levels within state government and we are never done working our individual development gaps. Alumni sessions seek to raise self-awareness, distill vision, and discern purpose relying on feedback, reflection, and action. Topics normally build on The Leadership Circle Profile™ creative competencies demonstrated to result in increased effectiveness.
